Flexible heating film of electronic product and manufacturing method thereof for enhancing function of heating material particles to maximum to achieve high heating performance
The present invention relates to a flexible heating film of electronic product and a manufacturing method thereof, which is characterized in: using methods of spraying, brushing, roller coating, pad printing and transfer printing, etc. on a high-temperature resistant, insulation and waterproof layer to apply a layer of high-temperature resistant and heating material; adding nano resin and volatile solvent; after printing, performing high-temperature purifying and drying processes to evaporate the solvent; forming physical or hybrid chemical bridging or bonding with added nano inorganic resin in the high-temperature resistant and heating material to become a heating layer in high purity to be attached on the high-temperature resistant, insulation and waterproof layer; and, adhering or printing an electrode layer or covering a high-temperature resistant, insulation and waterproof layer on the heating layer to obtain a flexible heating film, which has high thermal radiation efficiency and has the working temperature (heating range) up to 600 DEG C. The present invention may enhance the performance of high-temperature resistant and heating material to the maximum and reduce the cost and process limitation using the high-temperature resistant and heating material, so as to widely expand the range of products capable of using the high-temperature resistant and heating material in a cheap way and achieve the industrial batch production to the maximum.
